Par mani
I collect world coins, large silver coins from Europe and USA are my main interest. I do collect modern proof coins in .999 silver, collector coins made for Olympic Games or for world events. Especially fond of such coins with the Queen or King of Great Britain occupying one side of the coin. But I am most interested in big silver coins, nice looking ones, made for circulation like all most of coins in Europe and USA (Canada didn't make their own coins until 1912!) in the time when the production of coins became an art: early 1700 to about 1919 most places - from 1919 til 1971 the silver coins for circulation were of lower grades (40 - 50% silver) mostly, but still nice good coins of 80-90% silver were made in Canada and Australia - up until the 1960ies. I have several thousands of smaller and larger silver coins in all, and even more thousands of copper/bronze/"nordic gold" - even zink! - from strange places and some being worth much more than the silver coins. But silver is ...fascinating!
